How do I cancel my subscription?

If you would like to cancel your subscription, you can do so by...
- Logging into your account.
- Click the three horizontal lines (hamburger menu) on the left side of the screen.
- Select “My Account.”
- Click “Manage Subscription.”
- Choose “Cancel Subscription.”
You can provide a reason for canceling or click “No Thanks.”
PLEASE NOTE: Canceling your subscription will retract any active submissions you have, meaning the casting director/producer will no longer have access to your profile and contact information.
