How do I cancel my subscription?

If you would like to cancel your subscription, you can do so by…

Logging into your account.
Click the three horizontal lines (hamburger menu) on the left side of the screen.
Select “My Account.”
Click “Manage Subscription.”
Choose “Cancel Subscription.”

You can provide a reason for canceling or click “No Thanks.”

PLEASE NOTE: Canceling your subscription will retract any active submissions you have, meaning the casting director/producer will no longer have access to your profile and contact information.

How do I change my over 18 status?

If you are over the age of 18, you will need to mark/confirm this in your profile. If the account is for a minor, this field needs to remain unchecked. Here's how to change this:

Log in to your account.
Go to the "EDIT PROFILE" section in the drop-down menu in the top right corner.
On the "Work Availability (All Required)" tab, click "EDIT" then check the box that states "OVER 18".
Select save and verify your setting is saved.

Emails from automatically generated software, such as ours, can sometimes be blocked by your email provider, or otherwise marked as “spam.” To avoid this you can add our email(s) to your Safe Sender list.

Emails from our sites come as webmaster@sitename.com. So for example, if you are wanting to ensure you never miss a casting call from our Houston site Casting Calls Houston, you would add webmaster@castingcallshouston.com to your safe sender's list.
