How do I cancel my subscription?

If you would like to cancel your subscription you can do so by…

Logging into your account and selecting "Account Settings".
From the drop-down menu, select the “Subscription” tab.
There, you'll have the option to change your subscription settings, including canceling your subscription.

PLEASE NOTE: Canceling your subscription will retract any active submissions you have, meaning the casting director/producer will no longer have access to your profile and contact information.

How do I reactivate my account?

If you closed your account or if your account was closed due to your profile being incomplete and our system not being able to properly match you to available roles.

You can select the "Reactivation Request" link below, fill out the form, and request to reopen your account.

Once you have completed the form you need to take the time to fill out your profile within 5 days so your account won't return to an inactive status.

How to get a discount using my IMDbPro account?

Select a role you're interested in submitting to.
Click on the "Details" link for the role.
Review the role and project description.

Click "Apply with Casting Calls America" on the pop-up window. This will take you to the Casting Calls America site where the project was posted.
Once you are on our site, scroll to the bottom and click "Subscribe & Submit." Make sure you're logged in to the Casting Calls America site.
Read the information on the Subscription information page to know the details of your subscription. Then scroll down and click "Subscribe."
Enter your card information on the required fields and click "Subscribe."

How do I change my over 18 status?

If you are over the age of 18, you will need to mark/confirm this in your profile. If the account is for a minor, this field needs to remain unchecked. Here's how to change this:

Log in to your account.
Go to the "EDIT PROFILE" section in the drop-down menu in the top right corner.
On the "Work Availability (All Required)" tab, click "EDIT" then check the box that states "OVER 18".
Select save and verify your setting is saved.

Emails from automatically generated software, such as ours, can sometimes be blocked by your email provider, or otherwise marked as “spam.” To avoid this you can add our email(s) to your Safe Sender list.

Emails from our sites come as webmaster@sitename.com. So for example, if you are wanting to ensure you never miss a casting call from our Houston site Casting Calls Houston, you would add webmaster@castingcallshouston.com to your safe sender's list. If adding Detroit Casting to your safe sender's list, you would add webmaster@detroitcasting.com

Posting your first project

Accepted Answer

Adding your first project and role is easy. Follow the next few steps and you can have your project posted, approved, and distributed in no time.

Log in to your account.
It should bring you to your dashboard.
Select the blue button labeled "NEW PROJECT"
Fill out the following Fields: Project Title, About the Project, About the Story, and Type of job
Click the green "Save" button on the lower right.

Once this has been completed you can add your role(s).

NOTE: At least one role must be added before the project can go live.
